Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ZYNDIO, including the public website, member-facing account experiences, recommendation quiz, checkout flows, support channels, and any related pages, content, software, and services made available through the platform.

By accessing or using ZYNDIO, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These Terms of Use work together with our Privacy Policy, any checkout disclosures, consent forms, support instructions, and any additional notices presented for a specific product, consult path, prescription workflow, or regulated service.

If a particular program includes supplemental terms, provider notices, pharmacy instructions, or lab-related conditions, those additional terms also apply to that workflow. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and a more specific program-level notice, the more specific notice will control for that workflow.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if older, to use the site, create an account, request a sign-in link, complete the quiz, begin checkout, or attempt to use a treatment or consultation path available through ZYNDIO.

You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account used for magic-link sign-in and for all activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account or sign-in method has been compromised.

ZYNDIO is designed to help people browse treatment paths, compare options, create member access, and move into checkout, consultation, prescription handling, or other follow-through workflows where available.

Site content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace the judgment of a licensed clinician. You should always seek appropriate professional advice for questions about your personal health, medications, or treatment suitability.

ZYNDIO is not intended for medical emergencies, mental health crises, or urgent conditions requiring immediate in-person evaluation. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical attention immediately.

You should not rely on site content, quiz output, support messages, or a pending sign-in, checkout, or consult workflow as a substitute for urgent care.

The ZYNDIO quiz and recommendation tools are intended to help narrow possible starting points based on the limited information you provide. They do not create a clinician-patient relationship by themselves, and they are not a substitute for medical screening, professional evaluation, or prescription approval.

A recommendation shown on the site does not guarantee eligibility, availability, clinical appropriateness, pricing, shipment timing, refill approval, or program acceptance.

Pricing, product availability, shipping timelines, refill timing, and program details may change at any time. We try to keep site information current, but we do not guarantee that every product, description, or price shown on the site will always be complete, current, or error-free.

If you place an order, you agree to provide valid payment and billing information and authorize the applicable charges for your selected purchase, subject to any additional review, approval, verification, prescription handling, or fulfillment requirements that apply to that path.

An order confirmation, payment event, or checkout completion does not necessarily mean a regulated program has been approved for treatment, dispensing, or shipment. Certain purchases may still depend on additional intake, clinician review, pharmacy processing, lab coordination, inventory status, or other operational steps before fulfillment can proceed.

By using the site, creating an account, or submitting contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from ZYNDIO relating to sign-in, account access, support, orders, consultations, prescriptions, shipping, refill reminders, and other operational matters.

You may also receive marketing communications where permitted by law and where you have not opted out. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link included in those messages, but operational or transactional messages may still be sent when needed to service your account or order.

Some ZYNDIO paths are consult-first or involve regulated products, prescription workflows, or medical review. When that happens, additional steps may be required before a product is approved, prescribed, dispensed, or shipped. Telehealth visits are governed by the separate Telehealth Informed Consent at /telehealth-consent, which you must accept before completing intake for a regulated program.

Clinicians, pharmacies, laboratories, and other regulated providers may operate under their own professional standards, clinical protocols, terms, privacy notices, and legal obligations. Their decisions, timing, and requirements may affect whether a program can proceed. Where treatment-related information becomes Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA, that information is also governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices at /hipaa.

Nothing on the site guarantees that a clinician will approve treatment, that a pharmacy will dispense a product, or that a laboratory or fulfillment partner will complete a requested service. ZYNDIO does not provide controlled substances through telehealth and will decline requests for controlled substances. Educational content on the site is not medical advice; the Medical Disclaimer at /medical-disclaimer explains how compounded and off-label medications are handled.

ZYNDIO is offered only to adult residents of the United States. Certain products, consultations, prescriptions, shipping options, refill programs, or treatment paths may only be available in specific states, territories, or jurisdictions. We may limit access to portions of the site or particular services based on location, regulatory requirements, inventory, or operational readiness. The current per-state list of consult modes (asynchronous review vs synchronous audio + video) is published at /state-legality and is the source of truth used by our intake quiz, pricing engine, and checkout.

We reserve the right to decline, restrict, delay, or cancel access to a program when required by law, provider judgment, fraud review, age verification, supply constraints, logistics issues, or other operational considerations.

The site design, branding, text, graphics, layouts, media, software, and related materials are owned by ZYNDIO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the site for your personal use. No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the platform.

ZYNDIO may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, messaging, payment processing, support, shipping, clinical coordination, dispensing, laboratory workflows, or other services. We may also link to third-party sites or resources.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content that we do not control. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms, fees, notices, or policies.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the site or your account if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the platform or other users, interfered with operations, provided false information, or acted in a way that could expose ZYNDIO or its service providers to legal, security, or financial harm.

Termination or suspension will not affect rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive, including payment obligations, ownership rights, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity obligations, and dispute-related provisions.

The site and all content, tools, and services made available through it are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or error-free operation.

We disclaim, to the extent permitted by law, warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZYNDIO and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any direct liability arising from or related to the site will be limited to the amount you paid to ZYNDIO through the site for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event at issue, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZYNDIO and its affiliates, service providers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws that apply to the operation of the platform and the business behind ZYNDIO, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it informally in good faith.

If you have a dispute or concern, contact us at hello@zyndio.com with enough detail for us to evaluate the issue. Before starting formal proceedings, both sides agree to try to resolve the matter informally for a reasonable period after notice is provided.

Any claim that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction unless applicable law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, the revised version will apply after it is posted here unless we state otherwise.

Your continued use of the site after a revised version is posted means you accept the updated terms.
