Mission
ZYNDIO is a physician-led telehealth platform currently focused on GLP-1 weight loss care for eligible adults. Every program begins with a clinical intake — a board certified licensed medical doctor reviews your case before any treatment is approved.
We do not make therapeutic, diagnostic, or curative claims. Prescribing decisions are made by independent board certified licensed medical doctors, and prescriptions are dispensed only by U.S.-licensed pharmacies. No treatment is provided without physician approval.

Prescriptions are fulfilled exclusively by U.S.-licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications may be used when clinically appropriate.

Operations & Compliance
U.S.-licensed pharmacies
Prescriptions are dispensed by U.S.-licensed pharmacies. Compounded preparations are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies when clinically appropriate; compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products.
Board certified licensed medical doctors
Every program is reviewed by an independent board certified licensed medical doctor licensed in your state. The physician evaluates eligibility, contraindications, and clinical appropriateness — and only issues a prescription when treatment is medically appropriate. No prescription is written without physician approval.
HIPAA-compliant infrastructure
Account, intake, and treatment-related data is handled on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, role-scoped access, and audit logging on regulated workflows.
