Mission

ZYNDIO is a physician-led telehealth platform currently focused on GLP-1 weight loss care for eligible adults. Every program begins with a clinical intake — a licensed medical provider reviews your case before any treatment is approved.

We do not make therapeutic, diagnostic, or curative claims. Prescribing decisions are made by independent licensed medical providers, and prescriptions are dispensed only by U.S.-licensed pharmacies. No treatment is provided without physician approval.

Operations & Compliance

U.S.-licensed pharmacies

Prescriptions are dispensed by U.S.-licensed pharmacies. Compounded preparations are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies when clinically appropriate; compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products.

Licensed medical provider review

Every program is reviewed by an independent licensed medical provider authorized for your state. The provider evaluates eligibility, contraindications, and clinical appropriateness — and only issues a prescription when treatment is medically appropriate. No prescription is written without provider approval.

Clinical privacy and security controls

Account, intake, and treatment-related data is routed through approved clinical and support systems where applicable, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-scoped access, and audit logging on regulated workflows.
