About
What is ZYNDIO?
ZYNDIO is a physician-led GLP-1 telehealth platform. Board certified licensed medical doctors evaluate your intake and, when clinically appropriate, prescribe treatment that is dispensed by U.S.-licensed partner pharmacies.
What is the ZYNDIO process?
Start the GLP-1 qualification form, complete a clinical intake, and a licensed physician reviews your case — typically within 24 hours. Some states require a live video visit; in those states a doctor will reach out to schedule the call before any prescription is written.
How much does ZYNDIO cost?
Most consultations are included with your order at no additional cost. When the physician determines treatment is appropriate, the price you see at checkout is what you pay — no insurance haggling, no markup at the pharmacy counter.
Ordering
Are there hidden fees, memberships, or auto-rebills?
No. There are no membership fees and no surprise auto-renewals. You pay for the plan you select at checkout. Subscription refills are clearly indicated and you can cancel from your account at any time.
Will my monthly price go up later?
No. The price you lock in at checkout is the price you pay on future shipments — even if your physician later adjusts your dose.
Why do you charge before the doctor reviews my case?
Payment secures your pricing and places you in the pharmacy queue so you do not lose your spot while the physician reviews your intake. If the doctor declines to prescribe, you receive an automatic full refund.
Do higher doses cost more?
No. The price stays the same as your physician steps your dose up over the program — a higher dose does not cost more.
Where does ZYNDIO offer service?
ZYNDIO is offered to adult U.S. residents. Specific therapies and medications carry state-by-state licensing rules. See the State Legality page for the current map and the states that require a live video visit with a doctor for the first visit.
Do I need to sign for my order?
No. Medication ships discreetly with no-signature delivery. Temperature-sensitive shipments ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend transit.
How do I change my credit card?
Sign in to your ZYNDIO account, open the billing section, and update your payment method. Changes apply to the next refill.
What if I have a problem with my order or my account?
Use the Contact us page to open a support ticket. Our team responds within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern.
How long will it take to get my medication?
Physician review usually completes within 24 hours of intake. After approval, the prescription is sent to the pharmacy and ships in 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.
How can I change my shipping address?
Sign in to your account and update your address from the profile section. Changes for the next shipment can be made any time before the refill window opens.
Returns
How do I reorder or cancel?
Reordering and cancellation are both managed from your account. You will receive a notification email before any refill ships and can pause or cancel from that email or from your account.
Can I return my medications once I receive them?
No. Federal and state pharmacy regulations prohibit the return or refund of compounded medications once they have shipped, for patient-safety and chain-of-custody reasons. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced at no charge — see the Returns & Refund policy for details.
Other
Can I use my health insurance?
ZYNDIO does not bill health insurance. Our pricing is set so the cash price is competitive with — and often lower than — what a typical patient would pay through insurance for the same compounded medication.
Is it legal to prescribe medications online?
Yes. ZYNDIO physicians are board certified licensed medical doctors and prescribe only in states where they are licensed and where state law permits the visit type used (online review or live video).
Can I use my local pharmacy?
Not at this time. Prescriptions are dispensed by ZYNDIO-affiliated U.S.-licensed compounding pharmacies. We are evaluating local-pharmacy options for future programs.
Which pharmacies are you affiliated with?
Prescriptions are filled by U.S.-licensed partner pharmacies whose specific identity depends on your therapy, state, and dose. Contact support if you need a specific pharmacy disclosure for your records.
When will I be charged for my medication?
Initial charge happens at checkout to secure pricing and queue your prescription. Future refills are charged at the start of each fulfillment cycle, with email notification before each shipment.
Is my information safe?
Yes. ZYNDIO is a HIPAA-aligned platform. Patient health information is stored and transmitted with industry-standard encryption, access controls, and audit logging. See the HIPAA Notice and Privacy Policy for details.
How old do I have to be to use ZYNDIO?
You must be at least 18 years old. ZYNDIO is not designed for pediatric or adolescent care; younger patients should consult a primary care physician.
If I'm having an emergency, what should I do?
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. ZYNDIO is not designed for medical emergencies and is not staffed for after-hours urgent response.
Why do I need to submit a copy of my photo ID and take a picture of myself?
State and federal regulations require us to verify the identity of each patient before any prescription is written. The ID and selfie are reviewed only for identity verification and stored under the same HIPAA-aligned controls as the rest of your record.
Are your compounded medications formulated with B12?
Some of our compounded GLP-1 formulations include B-12. If you prefer a B-12-free formulation, note this during intake; the reviewing physician will discuss alternatives where clinically appropriate.
