About
What is ZYNDIO?
ZYNDIO serves as a health and wellness telehealth partner for multiple conditions. Through the platform, ZYNDIO facilitates virtual medical consultations and coordinates cost-effective prescription treatment from the comfort of home. U.S.-based physicians review each patient, complete a clinical assessment, and prescribe medication therapy when appropriate. ZYNDIO is built to make high-quality care more accessible, convenient, and affordable across the states where service is available.
What is the ZYNDIO process?
Choose the therapy you need, start your visit, and answer a brief set of medical questions. ZYNDIO's U.S.-based doctors review the information you provide and prescribe medication when clinically appropriate. You should typically hear back within about 24 hours. Some states require a live chat or video consultation; when required, a doctor will contact you to complete the consultation using the required method.
How much does ZYNDIO cost?
You may qualify for a complimentary consultation with your order. If medication is appropriate, you can access treatment through the ZYNDIO platform at transparent cash-pay pricing that is designed to be cost-effective compared with many other websites and neighborhood pharmacy options.
Other
Can I use my health insurance?
ZYNDIO does not accept or bill insurance. We believe access to quality care should not depend on a third party's opinion, so the platform is built around transparency, convenience, and cash-pay pricing for doctor consultations and medication.
Is it legal to prescribe medications online?
Yes. Each doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients in the state where you live, subject to applicable state rules and the visit type required for your therapy.
Can I use my local pharmacy?
Yes. You can choose to use your local pharmacy and ZYNDIO doctors can send your prescription there when appropriate. The most convenient pricing may be available through ZYNDIO's affiliated pharmacy network, and ZYNDIO cannot guarantee drug pricing at your local pharmacy.
Which pharmacies are you affiliated with?
The pharmacy that may fill your prescription depends on the therapy and medication. For current pharmacy disclosure or support, contact Zyndio, LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Support: (307) 227 9322.
Who is your provider network?
ZYNDIO works with U.S.-based medical providers and provider-network partners who review patient information, complete required consultations, and prescribe only when clinically appropriate.
When will I be charged for my medication?
You will be billed for your medication when the medication is shipped based on the treatment plan you select.
Is my information safe?
Yes. ZYNDIO takes protecting your information seriously. Please read the Privacy Policy for details.
How old do I have to be to use ZYNDIO?
ZYNDIO treats patients 18 years of age and older. If you are younger than 18, please seek treatment from a local primary care physician.
If I'm having an emergency, what should I do?
In case of an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
Why do I need to submit a copy of my photo ID and take a picture of myself?
State regulations require medical providers to confirm who they are treating. That is why ZYNDIO may ask you to take a picture of yourself and your photo ID.
